Meet
Meet Professor Ness and Dr. Mason at the Delta Terminal in the Salt Lake City Airport.  You will receive your airfare information via email. Check in online prior to departure.  Should you arrive late, check in and meet up with the rest of the group at the gate.

Transferring Luggage
Your experience on the seminar will be much richer and far less stressful if you plan on packing light.  See the suggested packing list below.  On arrival you will transfer your luggage to the hotel.  Be sure to use your luggage tag

Dinner in Colonial Williamsburg w/ Content Expert
On arrival you will be introduced to the Historic city of Williamsburg, Virgina.  You will have a colonial dinner in Historic Williamsburg, an onsite content expert will be in attendance to teach us about the site and it's place in American History
