Meet Professor Ness and Krista Watts at the Delta Terminal in the Salt Lake City Airport at 9:30 p.m. You will receive your airfare information via email. Check in online prior to departure. Should you arrive late check in and meet up with the rest of the group at the gate. Per Diem Card At the gate, Ms. Watts will give you your per diem, to cover meals not included in the seminar, and additional costs. |

ArrivalTransferring Luggage
Your experience on the seminar will be much richer and far less stressful if you plan on packing light. See the suggested packing list below. On arrival your luggage will be collected and transferred to the hotel Jamaica Station and Long Island Railroad To save time and ensure a more authentic experience we will be travelling into NYC via the Long Island Railroad, in fact while in New York the majority of our travel will be via train or subway. If you are unfamiliar with NYC's train and subway system you may wish to review costs, schedules and general information on the websites below. |
